Before you start your coursework, we invite you to a five-day “Sonship” conference at the end of August. The conference is entitled after the expression, “sons of God,” referring to the fact that God has adopted us to be His sons and daughters by the redemption of Jesus. This fact, which we accept by faith, is the basis of our Christian identity. The purpose of the conference is to examine this good news and its effects on our lives, relationships and actions. It is a guide showing how to live out our faith in our daily life. The conference includes lectures, devotionals, testimonies, small group discussions and one-on-one counseling sessions.
This conference summarizes the determining foundation of our spirituality, theological approach and worldview, therefore it is recommended that all of our students participate in it. If a student is not able to attend the conference before the first year, then he or she can compensate by attending before the second school year begins.
